Bainter's new product OCT Freeze Embedding Agent is a water-soluble embedding gel for wrapping and supporting frozen sectioned tissues in a constant cooler. It guarantees fast freezing of smooth sections and dissolution in water without residue.

5. Can be used as an infiltrating solvent for cutting tissues that are easily ruptured, such as the brain.

○How to use

1. Cover the surface of the sample tray with a thick layer of embedding agent.

2. Fix and orient the tissue on the sample tray and press gently to expel the air underneath the tissue.

3. Re-apply the freezing embedding agent until it surrounds the entire tissue.

4、Place the tissue tray on a quick-freeze table or other quick-freeze equipment and place it in a low temperature to rapidly condense and fix until the tissue and embedding agent harden.

5、Slice the tissue in the usual way.
