HE High Definition Constant Staining Solution



H-E High Definition Constant Staining Solution is improved on the basis of the traditional H-E Staining Solution. It consists of five reagents: Stabilizing Solution, Hematoxylin Stain, Differentiation Solution, Blue Return Solution and Eosin Stain (alcohol soluble).

Stabilizing solution pre-treats the tissue, which is easy for hematoxylin staining solution to color, differentiating solution fades the hematoxylin coloring of tissue components other than cell nuclei, which helps the coloring of eosin in the later stage, and returning blue solution blues the color of the cell nuclei after acidification. Both hematoxylin and eosin are used to physically color different components of the tissues and cells by taking advantage of the difference in their affinities for the dyes.



Therefore, cells or tissue sections stained by H-E HD constant staining solution, the cell nucleus is stained into a sharp blue-purple, the cell plasma, myofibers, colloid fibers, etc. to varying degrees of red, and red blood cells are orange-red. Hematoxylin has no metal oxide film and precipitation, which can eliminate the staining quality problems caused by the decline in the quality of the staining reagent, so it can be used for constant staining of 4500-5000 slides, and ensure that the staining effect of the first one is the same as that of the 5000th one.
