DS-6015A Rotary Microtome features a streamlined design, imported ball guides, precise sectioning, and fast trimming function with safe and simple operation. It is suitable for sectioning various tissue samples.

The machine has a novel appearance, compact structure, easy operation, stable performance, small size and light weight. This product is at a leading domestic level. It is widely used in hospitals, medical colleges, health and epidemic prevention institutions, animal and plant research institutes, etc. It is an ideal equipment for pathological research and teaching.

  • Adopts internationally advanced imported stepping motor drive, with high sectioning accuracy, stable and quiet operation.
  • Touch screen with Chinese/English menu for controlling section thickness, trim thickness, section counting, fast forward, fast backward and switching functions.
  • Unique specimen retraction function and one-key return to memory position function avoid damage caused by reverse friction between specimen tissue and blade, ensuring smoother high-quality sectioning and extending blade service life.
  • Dual locking device: handwheel can be locked at any position, and handwheel crank can be locked at the highest point.
  • Equipped with a safety alarm system.
  • Emergency stop function: press once to return to the original position.
  • Electric coarse trimming speed (horizontal feeding speed) adjustable in two levels: 300 μm/s and 1000 μm/s.
  • Blade holder manufactured with special process, preventing tissue adhesion and curling during sectioning.
  • The microtome can operate normally during power failure.
  • Easy-to-detach specimen support and large magnetic waste chip tray.
  • Optional wide/narrow blade holder (2-in-1), wide blade holder, narrow blade holder or steel knife holder according to customer requirements.
